about Our Mission

So many have given up on the dream of getting fit, getting strong, feeling healthy, losing weight, living pain free, feeling secure in their skin. Name a dream and someone will have given up on it. Unnecessary, a waist of desire, a waist of life itself!

“Just do it” is not working for most people when it comes to reaching their goals. Still there is a enormous absence of personal trainers who are able to understand and work with the psychological and emotional needs of their clients. We understand that movement is a reflection of ones inner state. 

At Squat Plus we go beyond the surface levels so we can create long lasting impact that improve the whole quality of life, including fitness levels and physical vitality.

About the founder

Tabitha has started Squat Plus by knowing how hard it is to reach and maintain goals, how important it is to have the right support while working through obstacles. She deeply investigated the body, mind and spirit in ancient disciplines and new school science based studies. Out of this journey Squat Plus emerged. Dedicated to empower people to bring in the change they long for.

Personal training on location or online, uniquely tailored to your needs. 

Programs at Squat Plus are built to nail your dreams to the ground and transform them to a vision. Concrete milestones instead of vague desires. A clear goal, a beginning and an end, measurement is key. Training Programs, Personal Training, Technique fine tuning, Nutrition plans, Emotional strength training, Mentality Training, Discipline Training, Psychological Investigation, and much more is part of your journey with Squat Plus. 

For routines to be sustainable we have seen that it takes at least 3 months of training. This is the minimum amount of time we require to work with new applicants. 

 

Squat Plus 3 months

Here we define your goals, find your vision and break it down in measurable concrete steps. Losing weight, getting fit, recovering after birth, building muscle, training towards an event, anything you have in mind. 

* A written personal tailored training program. Designed for either the gym, outdoors or at home.

* Technique fine tuning.

* Breathing excercises and active rest routines.

According to your constitution and goals we will find what food really gives you all the strength and energy you need. We are aiming for eating habits that are sustainable. 

Weekly training, reflection, inner investigation, emotional strengthening and much more in our weekly sessions. 

Accountability is a big factor in the program. In many ways we will support your journey and check in with you. Also will you have enough opportunity to reach out to us whenever you need! 

Squat plus 6 months

Here we define your goals, find your vision and break it down in measurable concrete steps. Losing weight, getting fit, recovering after birth, building muscle, training towards an event, anything you have in mind. 

* A written personal tailored training program. Designed for either the gym, outdoors or at home.

* Technique fine tuning.

* Breathing excercises and active rest routines.
